Ultrasound (USG) Chest

A chest ultrasound is performed to evaluate structures in and around the chest cavity, such as the lungs, pleura, and chest wall. It helps in detecting pleural effusion (fluid around the lungs), masses, or infections. It is often used in emergency or ICU settings and is an excellent alternative when X-rays or CT scans are not suitable.
